摘    要:以弹簧质量最小、自由高度最小和自振频率最小作为多目标优化设计的目标函数,选取弹簧丝直径、弹簧中径和工作圈数作为设计变量,把强度、刚度、旋绕比、稳定性等参数作为约束条件,应用优化理论中的规格化加权法得到了优化设计结果,并给出了实际设计尺寸参数,可供振动筛隔振弹簧设计时参考和应用。

Abstract:The aim function of multi - aim optimizing design such as minimum spring mass, minimum free height and minimum self- excited vibration frequecy, it can choose a diameter of working turns for its design variables, for its constraint condition such as strength, stiffness, turns ratio and stability. Adopte the standard- ization weighted method, and have obtained its optimizing design results and have given its dimensional parameters of actual design which can be available for reference and application when design the vibration - proof soring of vibrational sieve.
