基于ANSYS的直线滚动导轨模态分析

摘    要:利用Pro/E和ANSYS对直线滚动导轨进行了三维建模与模态分析,得到了此结构的模态频率和各阶振型。分析了模态频率和振型对直线滚动导轨动态特性的影响。为了提高结构的动态刚度,可通过修改直线滚动导轨的结构,使低阶模态频率相应提高。

Abstract:3D model of linear rolling guide was established by using Pro/E and modal frequency and modal shape was analyzed by using ANSYS.The dynamic characteristic of linear rolling guide affected by modal frequency and modal shape was studied.In order to improve dynamic stiffness of linear rolling guide,the lower frequencies can be increased through modifying the structure.
