| 摘 要： | 针对目前煤矿定向长钻孔施工中孔底马达与粗径钻具难以通过现有各类夹持器的问题,设计了顶部开放式复合夹持器,并将其应用于ZDY4000LD型全液压履带钻机。为了进一步研究夹持器的输出性能,对夹持器主要元件碟簧进行了数值模拟分析,研究结果表明,夹持器碟簧组的夹持能力大。现场试验结果显示,顶部开放式复合夹持器解决了孔底马达和粗径钻具下放的难题,具有开口量大、开启压力低、性能可靠的优点。
