高压往复泵泵阀虚拟设计

摘    要:在对往复泵泵阀设计理论和虚拟制造技术进行系统分析和研究的基础上,结合产品设计和改造的实际经验,对往复泵泵阀的虚拟设计技术进行了研究。实现了往复泵泵阀设计的程序化,包括主要零部件参数计算、强度校核、参数化绘图、泵阀的虚拟装配和干涉检查等。

Abstract:Based on systematical analysis and study about the existed reciprocating- pump valve design theory and virtual manufacturing technology, study the high- pressure reciprocating- pump valve virtual design technique according to practical experience in design and improvement about reciprocating- pump of manufacturers. Realized the programmed process about reciprocating- pump valve design, which including main parts size calculation, strength check, parametric drawing, reciprocating-pump valve virtual assembly and dynamic simulation.
