| 摘 要： | 装车站平煤装置具有一定的压实效果,可根据现场情况安装,通过感应器控制刮煤板摆动,经数据计算得出摆动油缸的合理扭矩范围,通过inventor对曲线过渡板与车皮进行有限元受力分析并以此对其进行完善。

| Abstract: | The device has some of compaction effect and it can be installed according to situation.It controls swing of scraping coal board by sensors.After calculated data and get reasonable torque range of swinging oil cylinder.The finite element stress analysis of curve transition board and cars through inventor software is better to improve it. |
