摘    要:介绍了一种带式输送机张力智能监控系统,该系统通过智能实时监控带式输送机输送带张力值,智能地调整张力值恒定处于理想范围内,从而使带式输送机稳定、安全地工作,降低了各类故障的发生率,提高煤炭产量,增加经济效益。

Abstract:A kind of belt conveyer’s monitoring system is introduced.This system can intelligent real-time control the strain of belt conveyer,and adjust the strain in the appropriate range.The system has realized a safe,reliable and efficient operation of the conveyer,reduce the rate of fault.This application of this system will increase coal product,bring the good economic benefits.
