海底采矿车车架的设计计算

摘    要:海底采矿车是海洋矿产开发的重要设备,车架是采矿车的基体。介绍了海底采矿车的概况,阐述了海底工作环境和海水特性,研究了车架箱形截面组合梁的设计方法和设计理论,按采矿车的功能和性能要求,设计完成了车架纵梁和横梁的结构,并用Pro/E软件建立车架实体模型,对其进行基本分析。

Abstract:Ocean seabed mining vehicle is an important mineral development equipment,the frame is the matrix of mining vehicles.The overview of ocean seabed mining vehicle is presentated,the working environment of the seabed and the sea water features are elaborated,the design way and theory of the box-section combined beams is researched,the structural design of the longitudinal beams and latitudinal beam are completed,according to the functions and performance requirements of mining vehicle,and build solid model of frame using Pro/E software,then make basic analysis.
