新型矿井提升机控制系统的设计

摘    要:分析了矿井提升机对电气控制系统的要求,针对提升机高可靠性的要求,采用S7-300PLC,介绍了一种高可靠性的提升机控制系统,设计了控制系统硬件配置和软件程序。运行结果表明,该系统工作可靠,控制精度高,可以满足现场生产运行的要求。

Abstract:Shaft to control the request of the system to the electricity was analyzed.It aims at the high reliability of hoist system.It provides a high reliability protected system that uses S7-300 PLC.According to the practical requirement,a control system containing hardware configuration and soft program are designed.It is shown from the result of site operation that this control system work reliable,function stability,control the accuracy is high,and can satisfy of demand the practical production.
