基于Pro/Mechanica实现井下装载机大臂的工程分析与优化设计

摘    要:装载机大臂是装载机工作装置中非常重要的一个部件,承载变化比较大,其承载性能直接影响装载机的整机性能,因此,装载机大臂的优化设计是装载机生产企业关心的重要问题。采用CAD/CAM/CAE集成软件Pro/E完成装载机大臂的计算机辅助工程分析与优化设计,使用Pro/E建模软件包完成大臂的组件模型,在与Pro/E无缝集成的Pro/Mechanica模块中完成大臂的工程分析与优化设计,从而实现大臂的CAD/CAE集成。

Abstract:The loader arm is a very important part of the working device of loader.The load is varied and its capability is key factor to the whole machine.So the optimization of loader arm is an import work to loader enterprise.The engineering analysis and optimization of loader arm could be finished by use Pro/E,which is a integration software of CAD/CAM/CAE.Firstly,the assembly model of loader arm is designed by the modeling module of Pro/E.Then,the engineering analysis and optimization of loader-arm were achieved by Pro/Mechanica integrated with Pro/E.
