磨料射流切割结构陶瓷材料的研究

基于材料冲蚀磨损原理探讨了磨料射流切割结构陶瓷材料机理 ,提出了磨粒单次加载、循环加载及高压水辅助作用下裂纹的萌生、扩展和交汇使陶瓷材料破坏剥落的观点。应用自制的前混合磨料射流切割装置对Al2 O3 结构陶瓷材料进行了单因素切割试验 ,获得了切割性能曲线。
