镐形截割刀具截割性能试验台设计研究

摘    要:介绍了国内外采掘机械截割性能试验台的研究现状,针对不同截割试验台在截割试验中存在的问题,提出了镐形截割刀具截割性能试验台的研究目的及设计方案。介绍了试验台硬件部分结构组成及主要功能,开发了截割试验数据采集系统和数据专用分析软件。该试验台能够对井下采掘机械刀具截割过程进行实验室试验及截割性能分析。

Abstract:The current situation of the mining machinery cutting performance test-bed in china and abroad were introduced.Aiming at the problems of different cutting test-bed in cutting test,the research purpose and design scheme of the pick cutter cutting performance test-bed were put forward.The structure and main functions of hardware were introduced.The data acquisition system and data analysis software for cutting test were developed.The test-bed can carry out laboratory test and cutting performance analysis on the cutting process of underground mining machinery cutting tools.
