摘    要:针对矿用交流提升机TKD -A斜井电控系统在加速、减速和爬行段的速度控制不能实现恒加减速控制 ,绕线异步电动机转子串电阻调速方式能耗大、控制电路复杂、维护量大等问题 ,介绍了变频器在矿井提升机TKD -A斜井电控系统改造中的应用 ,论述了提升机的节能变频调速、行程控制及制动过程

Abstract:Lifters powered by alternating current used in mines usually have difficulty in controlling the speed during ,accelerating decelerating and climbing for a steady slowdown. There are also many other questions in controlling speed by using rotor-ring resistance,such as, too much energy consumption,very complicated controlling circuits, breaks down easily. This article introduces the applications of transducer in lifter systems, explains the energy-saving of timing(or speed-adjustment) by frequency conversion, course controls, and the trigging process.
