牵引车最小转弯半径的提升桥布置研究

摘    要:以6×2多轴牵引车的提升桥为研究对象,分析了最小转向半径时的提升桥布置,研究结论是:当前外轮转向角为α0max时,要获得最小的转弯半径,提升桥应该布置在第2、5、6车桥处,且第2、3两桥的轴距应该为2ΔL。提升桥的合理布置为实现同一牵引车与不轴距挂车的匹配提供了可能。

Abstract:Taking the tractor which was arranged many lifted suspension by the way of 6×2 as the object of study,and,analysis the arrangement of the lifted suspension under the minimum turning radius.The conclusions of research follow these for playing the role of the front-outside turning angle "α0max" fully and getting the minimum turning radius,we should set the second,the fifth and the sixth axles as the lifted suspensions,and the distance between the second and the third axles should be twice of "△L".The reasonable arrangement of lifted suspension provides possible conditions for matching one tractor with different trailers whose distance between each axle are different.
