摘    要:双腔振动破碎机是一种超细振动破碎机,介绍了振动破碎机的工作原理和主要结构,阐述了其关键技术的设计,实现了对物料的超细碎加工。同时,对振动破碎机进行了动力学实验,分析了样机存在的技术问题,提出了对样机的改进措施,拓宽破碎机的应用领域,以提高企业的劳动生产率,达到节能增效的目的。

Abstract:A double cavity vibration crusher was designed out for ultra-fine crushing.The principle and structure of a crusher were described,at the same time,design gist of its key components is elaborated and experimental data analysis is conducted too.In addition,structural adjustment of the Prototype has been introduced and analyzed.The equipment can increase a enterprise economic benefit because of duce the loss of energy in transformer itself to minimum to achieve the goal of saving energy.
