| 摘 要： | 乳化液是采煤工作面液压支架和单体液压支柱的液压工作介质,其配置比例直接影响液压支架或单体支柱的工作状况。分析了乳化液配置方法的现状,提出影响乳化液浓度精确配置的相关问题,并提出一种双缸定比乳化液配制的新方法。

| Abstract: | Emulsion is a working fluid of hydraulic support and individual hydraulic strut in coal mining. The proportion of water to oil in emulsion affects on the working state of hydraulic support and individual hydraulic strut. Reviews the mixing methods of emulsion and automatic mixing systems, points out the issues the mixing of emulsion, then presents double rods cylinder system for the mixing of emulsion. |
