超声振动研磨加工模型理论研究

摘    要:建立了超声振动研磨加工硬脆材料去除理论模型,从理论上分析了超声振动研磨加工硬脆材料的去除原理和加工优势,详细地分析了加工间隙、磨粒大小和超声波声压对材料的去除率和加工质量的影响,研究表明,超声振动研磨加工在最佳组合条件下能够有效提高工件表面质量。

Abstract:Establishing brittle and hardness materials removal theoretical model based on ultrasonic abrasive machining, the theoretical model analyzing the removal law and machining superiority, detailing the influence of removal rate and surface quality based on machining gap, grain size and ultrasonic pressure, improving workpiece surface quality based on ultrasonic abrasive at the best combination.
