基于BP神经网络的钢丝绳断丝信号处理

摘    要:研究了钢丝绳断丝损伤漏磁检测信号的采集与存储方法;提出钢丝绳断丝损伤信号的特征值,基于LabVIEW设计了钢丝绳断丝损伤信号特征值提取与处理系统;建立了钢丝绳断丝损伤定量识别的神经网络模型。通过钢丝绳第1、2层断丝检测试验对研究的信号处理系统予以验证。

Abstract:Acquisition and storage methods about magnetic leakage signal in broken wire of steel rope was studied;the eigenvalues of damage signal was presented,the eigenvalues extraction and treatment system of damage signal based on LabVIEW was designed the neural network model to identify broken wires quantitatively was established.Through detection tests of first and second layer of broken wires,the signal processing system was verified.
