冷喷涂Cu粉气固两相流数值模拟研究

摘    要:通过在冷喷涂条件下对喷枪内部流场进行数值模拟,得到气相流场中温度场、压力场和速度场分布,给出了气固两相流场中颗粒相轨道化描述。结果表明:气体温度和气体压力在喷管中先升高后降低,气体速度在喷管中持续升高,颗粒温度和速度表现出与气体良好的跟随性,先急剧升高后稳定升高,故适当提高气体预热温度能更好地提高颗粒的入射速度和得到较高的沉积率。

Abstract:Numerical simulation of gas-particle two phase flow in cold gun spraying gun is carried out.The distributions of temperature field,pressure field and velocity field in internal gas phase flow field are obtained.The particle tracks of discrete phase are described.The simulation results show that gas pressure and temperature increase at first and then decrease in nozzle,but gas velocity continues to rise.And particle temperature and velocity show a good following with gas which increased slowly after sharp rise at first.So higher shooting velocity and better coating deposition may be obtained if preheat temperature increases.
