基于Windows CE的矿井提升机故障诊断专家系统设计

摘    要:以ARM为平台开发了一套融合了状态机和神经网络的矿井提升机故障诊断专家系统,着重介绍了专家系统下的神经网络原理以及Windows CE操作系统下采集程序EVC编程的实现方法。系统具有监测提升机状态参数和数据处理等功能,能在状态机下完成一般故障报警,能根据BP神经网络对故障进行分类识别,并且提供了将数据传输到服务器大型故障诊断专家系统中的网络接口。

Design of Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Mine Hoist Based on Windows CE
Abstract:ARM-development platform to develop a combination of state machine diagnostics and neural network expert system for mine hoist,focuses on the expert system under the principles of neural networks as well as the method of how to carry out the programming of EVC based on Windows CE operating system.The hoist system has the monitoring function of state parameters and data processing functions.And In the state machine it can be done for a general fault alarm.According to BP neural networks,it also can be to identify the fault classification,and provides data to the server that will be large-scale fault diagnosis expert system in the network interface.
