数控车床主轴调速系统改造与实施

摘    要:金属切削机床对主轴转速范围一般要求较宽,同时要求要有较硬的机械特性和较高的动态响应。分析了金属切削机床的负载转矩特性,设计了具有两挡传动比的主轴变频调速系统,考虑到对拖动系统的动态响应能力要求较高,采用具有矢量控制或直接转矩控制的通用变频器。

Abstract:Metal cutting machine tool spindle speed range for general requirements of a wide,at same time required to have hard mechanical characteristic and high dynamic response.This paper analyzes load torque characteristics of metal cutting machine tool,design with two speed ratio of spindle speed system,consider to drag dynamic response capability of system requirements are higher,using a vector control or direct torque control inverter.
