摘    要:针对我国煤炭行业风机系统的应用现状,系统采用节能效果显著的变频器为风机系统供电,实现了风机系统的节能,采用功能强大的西门子S7-300系列PLC实现可靠的控制功能,采用组态软件实现了实时远程监控和故障诊断功能,开发出了基于以太网的无人值守风机自动控制系统,并已在现场得到了成功的应用。

Abstract:According to application of air blower system in coal industry in our country,the system uses frequency conversion to supply power to air blower system,and it has realized energy conservation.The series of siemens S7-300 PLC,which has strong function,has provide reliable control platform,we can monitor real-time parameters in long-distance room and established failure diagnosis system through configuration software.This article developed a new kind of automatic control system of air blower based on ethernet,named unmanned guards system of main ventilator in mining supervising and controlling,and this system has got effective application in some coal industry.
