| 摘 要： | 在完成矿井对旋风机设计的过程中,针对风机主要受力部件轮毂进行了强度校核计算,并采用有限元分析方法针对轮毂进行了模态分析。通过在矿井通风机设计过程中将理论计算与有限元仿真方法有机结合在一起,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。

| Abstract: | During the design of a counter-rotating axial flow fan used in mine,the strength of the hub was checked by theory calculation,which is the primary taken force part of the fan,and the finite element method was also used to do the modal analysis.Through the combine of theory calculation and the finite element method during the design of fan,the dependability of the design was improved,and has important value of engineering applications. |
