矿井输送带火灾远程应急救援系统的应用

摘    要:针对龙东煤矿西翼输送带巷可能出现的输送带火灾的情况,减少输送带火灾给西翼采区造成的人员伤亡,在西翼采区建立了一套输送带火灾远程应急救援系统。该系统利用6道电控气动救灾门以及风门控制器,通过光纤与上位机通讯,远程控制自动风门的开闭从而控制火灾时期风流流向,防止风流紊乱,使风流流动状态有利于撤人救灾,保证矿井受灾区域内人员的安全撤离,防止火灾的影响扩大。

Abstract:According to the situation that the belt fire may be occurr in west wing belt lane of Longdong coal mine,and to reduce the casualties caused by the belt fire to the west wing mining area,established a remote emergency rescue system for belt fire in the west wing mining area.The system uses 6 electropneumatic automatic disaster relief gates,and throttle controller,to communicate the host computer through the fiber,and remote control the opening and closing of the automatic throttle to control the flow of air flow during fire,to prevent airflow disorder,to make the status of air flow benefit for relief and evaluation,to ensure the safe evacuation of personnel in the mine disaster area;to prevent the effects of fire expanded.
