摘    要:振动发电元件是一种三叠片对称悬臂梁结构,即压电陶瓷-金属-压电陶瓷复合结构。针对长度为33 mm的压电叠层复合梁,采用ANSYS有限元建模方法,分析了开路电压随压电陶瓷层宽度、长度、厚度尺寸变化的响应关系。研究表明,存在一定的厚度比将使叠层复合梁的开路电压出现最优值,该结论可为叠层复合梁结构尺寸参数的优化提供依据。

Abstract:Vibration generator is symmetrical sandwiched cantilever beam,that two layers of piezoelectric ceramics are made into a sandwich,separated by a thin layer of a metal-based conductive material.Responsive relationship of the open circuit voltage value change with the width,length and thickness size of the triple layer piezoelectric cantilever beam which length is 33mm is investigated by the finite element analysis method of ANSYS.The results show that a certain thickness can achieve the optimal values for the open circuit voltage value of the triple layer piezoelectric cantilever beam.It provides a basis for the optimal designing of the structural parameters of triple layer piezoelectric cantilever beams model.
