| 摘 要： | 标准件库的建立与应用能避免在汽车变速器设计过程中相同或相似零件的重复设计。应用Pro/E中族表添加成员的方法进行标准件建模,利用Windchill 9.0系统构建标准件库,并对标准件库的检入和检出、数据生命周期、数据安全与变更等进行管理。实现了全企业标准件库的统一,减少了标准件库建立时间,节省了庞大的建立成本,有利于设计人员的协同设计,以及企业效益的提高。

| Abstract: | The establishment and application of standard parts library can avoid same or similar design in automotive transmission designing.Applied family table of Pro/E to establish standard parts model,and used Windchill 9.0 to build standard parts library system,then managed check in and check,the data life cycle,data security and change of library.It is achieved unity of standard parts library in Enterprise-wide.Reduced time of standard parts library to establish,saved cost,enabled designers to collaborative design,and enterprise efficiency. |
