斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的受力及磨损特性研究

摘    要:旨在探讨工作安全可靠性,研究了斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的受力及磨损特性。运用受力计算与铁谱技术方法,考察分析配流盘和缸体配流面、柱塞和缸体孔、滑靴和斜盘、滚动轴承等摩擦副的受力关系、摩擦方式、磨损特性之间的相关性、机理及磨损磨粒的宏微观特征。结果表明,运转副磨损裂度及油液污染的危害作用都与运转副受力强相关。

Abstract:Aim at discussing working safety and reliability,the stress and attrition character of slanting axial piston pump were researched.With ferrographic technical methods and stress calculation,the macro micro feature of attrition wear grindings was investigated and researched,as well as relativity and mechanism among attrition character,friction form,stress relation of friction pairs,such as portplate and cylinder portplate face,plunger piston and cylinder hole,slipper and thrust plate,and friction pairs,etc..The result shows,the attrition intensity of kinematic pair and harm effects of oil pollution both have strong correlation with stress of kinematic pair.
