斜盘式柱塞泵的瞬时流量的研究

摘    要:综合研究了影响柱塞泵瞬时流量的各个主要因素,对比于瞬时流量只考虑油液泄漏的传统分析方法,新建立的瞬时流量的计算方法还考虑了可压缩介质的容积损失和经阻尼槽的倒灌现象等因素,由此得出的结论更加接近实际情况。实例分析对比2种算法得到的结果,可知在计算柱塞泵瞬时流量时考虑可压缩性及经阻尼槽的倒灌等因素比不考虑这些因素所得结果要小很多。

Abstract:The paper studies each main factors that impacts piston pump instantaneous flow,compared with instantaneous flow of traditional analysis method which only consider oil leakage,the new calculation of instantaneous flow is established which also consider these factors including compressible medium volume loss and intrusion phenomenon through damping groove and other factors,so that conclusion more closer to real situations than before.The example analysis compare two kinds of cases geting results,coming to conclusion that results of considering compressible and damping slot flow backward than does not consider such factors are much smaller in calculation of piston pump instantaneous flow.
