| 摘 要： | 针对金能煤业公司主井提升机电控系统的应用现状,对提升机系统进行改造,开发了一种基于PLC与6RA70的控制系统。主要阐述了6RA70直流调速系统在矿井提升机中的应用,实现了通过S7-300PLC对6RA70调速系统的控制,并通过上位机进行监控,为将来进行提升机的远程故障诊断奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | According to application of main hoist control system in jinneng mine,this article introduces design and research of digitizing reform of hoist control system,and then developed a new kind of control system based on PLC and 6RA70.This paper briefly summarized application of DC speed regulating device in mine hoist control system.Emphatically analyzes its structure based on 6RA70 speed regulating device.Through which can give foundation of remote fault diagnosis of hoist control system. |
