液压支架空间受力分析新方法

摘    要:针对液压支架加载实验,提出一种新的液压支架受力分析方法,可以分析支架在偏载、扭转等加载情况下,各个部件的受力受扭情况。本方法根据液压支架的结构刚度关系,对液压支架所受的力和扭矩进行分配,求出每个联接耳板上的受力,再推导出各个部件的受力。

Abstract:A new method for the analysis of the tests of the powered supports,which can get the stress and torque on the parts of supports in each test.Based on the structures of the supports,the new method distributes the total forces a torques on the supports,and get the forces on each hole plate which finally be used to get the forces and torques on each parts.
