基于STC89C51单片机的步进电动机的控制系统设计

摘    要:阐述了利用SCT89C51单片机根据输入的数据转化成的控制信号来控制步进电动机角位移的一种方法,其中包括硬件设计和软件设计。该系统通过SCT89C51单片机控制步进电机运转情况,可靠性高。在电机运行时能够方便设定步进电机的启停、转速和方向,提高步进电机的步进精度,能够控制三相步进电机。该系统可应用于步进电动机在机电一体化控制等大多数场合。

Abstract:Introduce one way that controls stepping motor by microcomputer STC89C51 depending on control signal to which input data convert control line displacement of stepping motor,namely simply graph plotter,including its hardware and software.The system use STC89C51 to control stepping motor operating,and have a high reliability.It can be convenient to set start and stop,speed and direction of stepping motor,to improve accuracy of stepping motor step,and control three-phase stepper motor,When motor is running stepping motor.This system can be widely used in stepping motor controlling.
