摘    要:设计了一种新的安全稳定、快速高效的掘进工作面自移式液压支架,解决巷道掘进中传统简易支护的支护强度低、面积小、效率低、时效性和安全性差、掘进与支护无工序法平行作业的难题。对于实现掘进工作面无空顶与高效平行作业,提高巷道施工的安全和掘进速度提供了重要的技术支持。

Abstract:This paper designs a kind of new security and stability,highly efficient heading face self-advance type hydraulic support,solve roadway in tunneling of traditional simple supporting supporting intensity of low,area is small,efficiency is low,timeliness and poor safety,excavation and supporting no process method parallel operation of difficult problems.To realize heading face no empty top and efficient parallel operation and improve construction speed of roadway of safety and tunneling provides an important technical support.
