| 摘 要： | 介绍了除尘箱的结构组成、功能原理,将隔板、除尘滤芯视为多孔介质,建立了除尘箱流体动力学分析模型,采用基于压力的隐式求解方法,对除尘箱内部气体流场进行了仿真,为锚杆钻车除尘系统降噪研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Introduced the structure composition and function principle of dust filter box used in four-boom roof bolter.The hydrodynamics analysis model of Dust Filter Box has been established by treating the diaphragm and air filteration chip as porous media.The air flow field numerical simulation of dust filter box has been done by utilizing pressure-based implicit solution algorithm.Laid a theoretical foundation for the de-noising study on dust filter system of roof bolter. |
