基于Pro/E与ANSYS Workbench的超静定液压支架的设计

摘    要:根据液压支架的设计参数,首先运用Pro/E对超静定液压支架进行三维建模和虚拟装配,然后利用其运动仿真模块Mechanism进行运动仿真分析,最后将模型导入ANSYS Workbench进行有限元分析。这种设计方法提高了设计效率,缩短了设计周期,同时提高了液压支架设计的可靠性。

Abstract:According to the design parameters of hydraulic support,three-dimensional model and virtual assembly was built based on Pro/E,then the motion simulation was analyzed by Mechanism,finally,the model was introduced into ANSYS Workbench to make finite element analysis.This design method will highly raise the design efficiency,greatly shorten the design period,and at the same time,increase the reliability of the hydraulic support.
