摘    要:介绍了铅酸蓄电池的一种快速充电方式:变电流脉冲充电,并基于DSP技术设计了一种开关电源式的煤矿机车蓄电池充电装置,分析了它的主功率变换部分的原理,给出了充电机的硬件结构和控制方式。实验结果表明:变电流脉冲充电能有效消除大电流充电下电池的极化现象,使得充电速度加快,充电效率增加,同时电池析气量少,温升较低。

Abstract:A kind of fast charging craft of lead acid batteries was introduces,pulse charging with variable current and a new switching mode charger based on DSP technology used for coal mine vehicle batteries.The principle of the main converter of the charger was analysed and the system structure and control method were presented.The experimental results show that pulse charging with variable current can effectively remove the polarization of the battery under high current charging mode,speed up the charging process and increase the charging efficiency with small amount of resolved gas and low temperature rise.
