插齿机的优化设计和仿真研究

摘    要:分析了插齿机主传动机构的相对位置,以机构运动学为理论基础,求取影响运动特性的各个参数。应用虚拟样机软件MSC.ADAMS建立了插齿机主传动机构的虚拟样机模型,并对该机构进行了运动仿真,同时根据插齿机的主运动具有等速切削、急速返回的特点对机构做了优化设计,从而达到提高机床加工精度和效率的目的。

Abstract:Main drive mechanism of opposite position of the gear shaper was analyzed based on the mechanic kinetics theories. To study the parameters which influence on the motive characteristics, a virtual prototyping model of the gear shaper with main drive mechanism was built by MSC. ADAMS. The mechanic kinematics simulation was carried out. The effects like steady velocity cutting to pare soon, rapid return of characteristics were studied. The optimal mechanism was obtained. The accuracy and efficiency of machine processes with this model were improved.
