| 摘 要： | 散热片是汽车空调器的重要组成部分。阐述了利用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire Part模块进行翅片成形刀具渐开线齿轮基体设计的过程,并重点分析了刀具线切割加工轨迹的生成方法,对复杂曲面零件的造型和曲面分析有参考价值。

| Abstract: | The fin is an important component of the air conditioner of the automobile.Elaborates the process of applying the Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire Part module to design the involute gear noumenon,out of which the fin-shaping tool is produced.And it emphasized the generating procedure of the linear cutting trajectory of the tool.This is the conference value to the modeling of complicated surfaces and the analysis of surfaces. |
