防爆液压绞车状态检测与故障智能诊断系统应用

防爆液压提升绞车在煤矿井下得到广泛应用,但至今没有配套的状态检测和故障诊断系统。研究了防爆液压提升绞车状态检测与故障诊断系统,系统由地面故障诊断和井下状态检测2部分组成。井下状态检测系统利用嵌入式计算机实现,基于绞车监测系统数据,采用专家系统实现绞车地面故障诊断。应用表明,该系统能够有效地提高绞车运行可靠性,便于维修和故障诊断。

Application of State Detection and Intelligent Fault Diagnosis System for Explosion-proof Hydraulic Winch

Explosion-proof hydraulic winch has been widely used in underground coal mine,but there is no suitable state detection and fault diagnosis system for it.Studied state detection and intelligent fault diagnosis system of explosion-proof hydraulic winch,which consists of ground fault diagnosis and underground state detection.An embedded computer is applied to underground state detection system.The ground fault diagnosis expert system is based on expert knowledge and data of underground state detection system.Application shows that this system could improve the reliability of winch,and is helpful for fault diagnosis and system maintenance.
