平板孔口应力集中的数值模拟及理论分析

摘    要:针对工程应用中常见的大平面带孔构件,建立了合理的有限元模型,借助ADINA有限元平台,对孔口应力集中做了数值仿真,获得了可靠的位移、应变和应力分布云图,分析了孔口复杂的非线性应力状态,预测了应力危险区域,并与理论计算对比印证,为工程设计提供了实用的参考。

Abstract:According to common plane with hole component of engineering application,established reasonable finite element model,using ADINA finite element platform,have made numerical simulation of orifice stress concentration,and got a reliable displacement,strain and stress distribution nephogram.Analyzed orifice complex non-linear stress state,forecasts the stress dangerous area,and compared with theoretical calculations confirms,have provides a practical reference for engineering design.
