基于TCK的钢丝绳弯曲疲劳检测系统的设计

摘    要:为了检测钢丝绳弯曲疲劳对钢丝绳使用寿命的影响,自制了钢丝绳弯曲疲劳试验机,基于TCK钢丝绳损伤定量检测仪设计了钢丝绳弯曲疲劳损伤检测系统,对钢丝绳弯曲疲劳段进行损伤检测,实现了疲劳损伤参数的采集及分析。

Abstract:To analyze the influence of the bending on the fatigue life of the wire rope,a wire rope bending fatigue damage detection system was designed based on the self-made wire rope bending fitigue apparatus combines with TCK wire rope quantitative detection Instrument.Sections of the wire rope bending fatigue damage was detected,to achieve a fatigue damage parameter collection and analysis.
