| 摘 要： | 在利用先进CAD技术和虚拟现实软件的基础上,构建了机床夹具虚拟装配演示系统。简述了Virtools的发展及应用领域,分析了夹具装配工艺规程,介绍了夹具零件的建模及导入Virtools的格式转换,并针对系统进行了场景的互动和优化,充分体现了虚拟现实沉浸性、交互性和构想性的特征。

| Abstract: | On the basis of using advanced CAD technology and virtual reality software,constructed virtual assembly demonstration system of the machine tool fixture.Describe the development and applications of virtools,analyse the fixture assembly process planning,and introduce the modeling of parts fixture and how to import virtools format conversion,and the system of interactive and optimize the scene,fully embodies the virtual reality immersion,interaction and the idea. |
