基于ANSYS的带式输送机传动滚筒的有限元分析

摘    要:介绍了带式输送机传动滚筒的结构,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对传动滚筒进行实体建模,并进行静力分析,得出滚筒在载荷作用下的应力和变形分布规律。分析结果显示了传动滚筒在结构设计方面的缺陷,为滚筒的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The structure of belt-conveyor's driving pulley was introduced.The stress of driving pulley under load and the strain distribution were derived from the model of drive pulley conducted by ANSYS finite element analysis software and the static analysis on the model.The analysis results pointed out the defects of the structure of driving pulley,and provided a theoretical basis for the further optimization of the structure design.
