摘    要:基于阀门流阻性能实验测得相关数据,利用Minitab软件对其进行回归分析,得到阀门阻力系数与流速的拟合曲线和回归方程,然后进行多项式显著性检验和拟合优度检验,确定出最优回归模型,并在一定置信度下对流阻系数的变化范围进行预测,为改善阀门流阻性能以及预测和控制阀门能耗提供科学依据。

Abstract:Based on valve flow resistance performance test data,this paper carried out regression analysis by Minitab software,in order to obtain regression equation and fitting curve of the flow resistance coefficient and velocity.Then,performing the polynomial significance test and fitting goodness test,aim to select the best regression model,and predict resistance coefficient range under a certain confidence level.These all provide scientific basis,for improving valve performance and controling valve energy consump...
