摘    要:结合CCD工业相机图像检测技术与PLC现场控制技术,针对带式输送机纵向撕裂问题设计了一套输送带纵向撕裂在线检测预警系统。系统采用LabVIEW作为图像处理与控制软件,借助IMAQ Vision函数库设计了一套流程简单的图像处理算法,以满足实时性要求;具有非接触、无损、灵敏度高等特点。

Detection System Design for Longitudinal Tear of Conveyor Belt Based on LabVIEW and CCD Camera
Abstract:This paper introduces an online testing and early warning system design for longitudinal tear problem of belt conveyor,which is based on image detection technology and PLC control technology.The system has characteristics such as no contact with target,nondestructive and high sensitivity.LabVIEW is used as image processing and control software.And with aid of IMAQ Vision function library,an simple enough algorithm combination for image processing has been adopted in order to meet real-time request.This paper gives detailed designs of software and hardware structure,and shows method to solve communication problem between LabVIEW and PLC,etc.
