摘    要:以某矿用280型双伸缩立柱拟定的各个技术参数为基础,通过建立二维模型,根据双伸缩立柱的结构特点,通过对壁厚、稳定性和活塞杆强度的计算验证技术参数能否满足使用要求。计算结果表明:计算方法合理,该型号双伸缩立柱安全系数高,可以为类似大缸径立柱的设计提供设计依据。

Abstract:Taking mine 280 type doubly-telescopic prop technical parameters as the basis,through the establishment of a two-dimensional model,according to the structural characteristics of doubly-telescopic prop,through the thickness,stability and strength of the piston rod calculation to verify the technical parameters can satisfy the operation requirements.The calculation results show that: the calculation method is reasonable,the type of double telescopic column with high safety factor,can provide similar design foundation to large doubly-telescopic prop.
