| 摘 要： | 磨煤机磨盘材质为ZGMn13,在使用过程中磨盘与焊接在其上的低碳钢发生开裂,通过分析裂纹产生的原因和磨盘的焊接性,选择A102焊条做焊接材料,采取小电流、窄焊缝、快速冷却、控制层间温度等焊接工艺,焊后经生产检验没有出现开裂现象。

| Abstract: | Material mating of grinding plate is ZGMn13 steel,welding seam between grinding plate and low carbon steel appear crack.Analyzed cause of crack and weldability of grinding plate.Choose A102 electrode,use weld technical measure of low current,narrow welding seam,fast cooling,control hierarchy temperature etc.,cracks don't be found after producting inspection. |
