基于ADAMS的端面齿轮动力学仿真

摘    要:端面齿轮传动精度要求高、传动误差小、振动噪声低。以某端面齿轮传动为研究对象,运用UG建立端面齿轮传动装配模型,保存为中间格式,导入仿真软件ADAMS中建立端面齿轮动力学仿真分析模型;对小端面齿轮速度、端面齿轮副动态啮合力及力矩进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明:端面齿轮速度呈现周期性变化;端面齿轮副动态啮合力和力矩呈现在某一中心值上下波动,且在某些部位波动较大。该研究为端面齿轮传动综合性能改善、振动噪声和冲击的减小等方面提供理论依据。

Abstract:There are high precision,small transmission error and low vibration noise in face gear transmission. Taking a face gear transmission as the research object,the UG has been used to build the face gear transmission assembly model and saved as the intermediate format,inducted it into the simulation software ADAMS to establish the dynamics simulation analytical model;the speed of pinion face gear,dynamic meshing force and torque of face gear pair have been simulated and calculated. The simulation results show that the speed of the face gear changes periodically;the dynamic meshing force and torque of the face gear pair fluctuate on a certain center value and fluctuate greatly in some parts. It provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive performance improvement,vibration noise and impact reduction of the face gear drive.
