基于轴心轨迹椭圆面积的风机故障诊断方法及应用

摘    要:简要介绍了几种当前主流的振动诊断方法,并针对其缺点提出了利用轴心轨迹椭圆面积描述转子振动状态的新方法。这种方法可以在1倍频振动强度较大的情况下,有效地识别风机的振动是由基础共振还是由不平衡所致,从而提高故障诊断准确率。将此方法在具体故障诊断中进行实践,结果表明,这种新方法可以成功地弥补当前诊断方法的不足,是一种实用的旋转机械故障诊断分析新方法。

Abstract:Briefly states several current mainstream method of fan vibration diagnosis,and for its shortcomings a new method to detect rotor vibration is proposed by using axis orbit area.In the case of larger intensity of a harmonic vibration,the approach can effectively improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis by indentfying the fan vibration basis of resonance or caused of imbalance.The method has been carried out in concrete practice of fault diagnosis,and the result shows that it can successfully compensate for the deficiencies in the current diagnostic methods,and is a practical methods for rotating machinery fault diagnosis.
