基于有限元方法的压合装配力学研究

压合装配是一个复杂的非线性力学问题,其应力应变难以用解析方法计算,装配机理难以掌握。利用有限元方法,研究压合装配工艺过程的力学行为,掌握装配过程的力学机理。有限元分析结果为压合装配装置的设计提供理论依据,指导压合装配装置动力选型、运动特性设计。

Mechanical Analysis of Pressing Assembly Based on Finite Element Analysis

The pressing assembly is complex nonlinear mechanics, the stress and strain are difficult to be calculated analytically, and assembly principles is difficult to be mastered. The mechanical properity and principles of pressing assembly were studied based on finite element analysis (FEA). The results provide the theory guidance of design of pressing equipment, and guide the power selection and kinematics design of pressing equipment.
