| 摘 要： | 介绍了EBZ260型岩巷综掘机改造为掘锚护探一体机的设计思路及方法。通过实际应用,证明改造后的一体机不仅可完成截割、装载、输送等工序,也可实现锚杆锚索安装、临时支护、探水孔施工等功能,优化了综掘面掘进与支护工艺,提高了锚护效率。

| Abstract: | The design idea and methods of transforming EBZ260 rock roadway roadheader into the integrated machine for driving, bolting, supporting and exploration were introduced. Through practical application, it was proved that the transformed integrated mechine can not only complete cutting,loading, conveying procedures, but also complete the functions of bolt and anchor cable installation,temporary support and water exploration hole construction. It can optimize the excavation and support technology of fully mechanized excavation face,and improve the efficiency of anchor support. |
