| 摘 要： | 以美国Rockwell Automation公司的RSView32工控组态软件在田庄煤矿皮带集控系统中的应用为例,简单介绍了软、硬件系统的配置,详细介绍了RSView32的功能及有关应用,并通过OPC技术将监控系统接入集团生产调度室。该系统上位机为研祥工控机,现场PLC采用Rockwell AB公司的SLC500。经过系统长期应用表明:系统运行稳定,满足生产现场工艺要求,取得了良好的经济效益。
